Ever spent hours sorting through Sales Navigator lists only to find half the leads aren't even relevant? Or waste invitations to connect with prospects who look good on paper but are actually terrible fits? We've been there. Our clients have been there. That's why we built our latest feature, and one we're super excited about.

AI review solves this headache by automatically filtering LinkedIn prospects before they enter your campaign. It analyzes dozens of profile data points to ensure you're only connecting with genuinely qualified leads that match your exact criteria.

Here's a pretty advanced query - we don't recommend something as complex but it worked!

Data Points Analyzed

The AI review system reads the LinkedIn profile like an actual human would do.

In particular, it analyzes these LinkedIn profile elements:

Professional Information

  • Job Title: Current position and level (C-suite, VP, Director, Manager, etc.)

  • Job Function: Department or specialty (Marketing, Sales, HR, Engineering, etc.)

  • Seniority: Years in current role and career level

  • Employment History: Previous roles, companies, and duration

  • Industry Experience: Specific sectors the prospect has worked in

Company Data

  • Company Size: Employee count (startup, SMB, enterprise)

  • Industry: Company's primary business sector

  • Company Type: Private, public, non-profit, government, etc.

  • Growth Stage: Startup, scale-up, established business

  • Funding Status: Bootstrapped, seed, Series A-D, public

Profile Content

  • About Section: Key information in their profile summary

  • Skills & Endorsements: Listed skills and number of endorsements

  • Recommendations: Number and quality of recommendations

  • Articles & Activity: Publishing frequency and topics

  • Engagement: Comment frequency, post engagement levels

  • LinkedIn Groups: Group memberships and participation level

Education & Certifications

  • Education Level: Highest degree obtained

  • Institutions: Schools, universities attended

  • Fields of Study: Majors, concentrations, specializations

  • Certifications: Professional certifications listed

Geographic Data

  • Location: Current location and region

  • Willingness to Relocate: If mentioned in profile

  • Remote Work Status: If specified in profile or job title

Contact Information

  • Email Availability: Whether email is publicly visible

  • Website Links: Personal or company websites listed

  • Other Platforms: Linked Twitter, Medium, or other profiles

Understanding AI Limitations

The AI review system isn't a mind reader - it can only analyze information that's publicly visible on LinkedIn profiles. It can't determine a prospect's budget, their favorite sales approach, whether they're actively looking for solutions, their quarterly targets, or personal preferences not mentioned in their profile. Keep your filtering criteria focused on concrete, observable profile data (like job titles, company size, skills listed) rather than subjective factors or hidden information.

Here's how you can optimize your instructions:

  • Be specific about your requirements - vague instructions lead to inconsistent results

  • Keep it simple. The simpler the better.

  • Use industry terminology that would appear in target profiles

  • Start with broader criteria
