Before You Start

Important requirements:

  • You can only invite your 1st-degree connections to follow your company page

  • You must be a page admin (super admin or content admin) with invite permissions

  • Your company page must have these fields completed: Industry, Company size, and Overview

  • This feature isn't available for pages with 100,000+ followers

Method 1: Using Pre-Built Sequences

  1. From your Botdog dashboard, click on "Explore all available sequences"

  2. Navigate to "Advanced Sequences"

  3. Select "Invite to follow your company page"

  4. Import your contacts and launch the campaign

That's it - Botdog will automatically send invitations to your selected connections.

Method 2: Adding to Any Existing Sequence

Already have a sequence running? You can easily add company page invites as an additional step:

  1. Open any of your existing sequences

  2. Click "Switch to advanced view" at the top of the sequence editor

  3. Click "Add Step"

  4. Select "Invite to follow a Company page" from the available options

  5. Configure when this step should trigger (immediately, after a delay, etc.)

About Invitation Limits

LinkedIn gives you a quota of invitations to send. Here's what you need to know:

  • You have a limited number of invitations available (100)

  • Your quota refreshes as people accept your invitations

  • The invitation will show your name, so recipients know who invited them

  • If you hit your limit, you'll need to wait for acceptances before sending more

Why This Works

Adding company page invitations to your outreach sequences is a smart move - you're already engaging with prospects, so why not grow your company's follower base at the same time? It builds brand awareness and social proof without any extra effort. All of these people will also be more likely to see your company content (even though we recommend using mostly personal profiles to push out content).
